GDPR – the General Data Protection Regulation

Personal Data Controller ALMAXA AERO Ltd., CRN: 53127226, UTR: 2121272538, collects and processes personal data under the regulation of Act No. 18/2018 on personal data protection and amending and supplementing certain Acts and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The personal data is processed also for tax and accounting purposes determined by legislation.

The data subject uses the services of the personal data controller or is provided by the controller´s offer.

The list or scope of personal data processed

Personal data processed shall be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purpose for which they are processed in particular name and surname of the data subject, academic degree, permanent residence or contact address, date of birth, ID or Passport (number and date of expiry), email and phone number, other requirements, bookings etc..

Other recipients of personal data

Due to contractual performance the personal data controller may provide access to personal data relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purpose for which they are processed to other contractual partners such as airlines, air transport companies, accounting services or public authorities.

Period of storage of personal data

The personal data controller stores the personal data in a form which permits identification of data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data is processed under the regulation.

Rights of the data subject
  1. The right to obtain the confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning the data subject are being processed
  2. The right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning the data subject. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
  3. The right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning the data subject undue delay.
  4. Right to obtain the restriction of processing where the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead; the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the exercise of legal claim; the data subject objects to personal data processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
  5. Right to receive the personal data concerning the data subject, which he or she has provided to a controller.
  6. Right to object to processing of personal data.
  7. Right to withdraw, at any time, the consent to personal data processing involving the data subject.
  8. Where personal data have not been obtained from the data subject, the controller shall provide the data subject with the following further information from which source the personal data originate, and if applicable, whether it came from publicly accessible sources.
  9. Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The data subject may exercise the rights in respect of and against the personal data controller in writing.

The personal data may not be made public.

The transfer of personal data may be relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purpose for which they are processed. Due to necessary data transfer as part of contractual performances relating to international transportation or compliance with related legislation, personal data is also transferred to third countries outside the EU.
